Collaboration for IT partners

Technical capacity for your clients’ projects.

We work with consultancies, integrators and IT service providers on migrations, cloud implementation and administration. We can work under your brand or as part of your team, with coordinated technical delivery and an agreed role within the project.

A project may need specific knowledge, additional capacity or a team to take responsibility for part of the delivery. Kloudeal provides remote technical work within an agreed scope, while the partner retains its model for managing the relationship with the client. Responsibilities are defined around the work each team needs to carry out.

We can participate from the technical definition of a proposal through to project testing and handover. We can also take on specific migration or administration tasks that complement your team’s capabilities. Planning identifies who makes decisions, who carries out the work and who validates each activity, so that the contribution of each team is clear.

White label collaboration is organised explicitly, covering how the team is introduced, communications, documentation and client contact. The aim is for the client to receive a service consistent with the engagement contracted with the partner, with the presentation and coordination of the technical work agreed before delivery begins.

  • Business migrations

Email, data and collaboration across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other platforms; consolidation and separation projects with planning and checks defined for the work involved.

  • Implementation and infrastructure

Preparation of collaboration platforms and on-premises, public, private or hybrid infrastructure according to the components and requirements included in each project.

  • Administration and support

Technical work on systems and cloud services with agreed tasks, coverage hours, priorities and escalation procedures, coordinated with the people responsible for the environment.

  • Consultancy and integrations

Environment assessments, dependency reviews and definition of the work required. Support for connecting applications and information flows included in the agreed project scope.

We appoint the points of contact and agree the coordination channels. Meetings, access arrangements and work windows are organised with the partner and, where appropriate, the client’s responsible team. Changes to production systems require a defined sequence and operational authorisation, so that the work is coordinated with the people who manage those systems.

Our services are delivered remotely. If a project requires equipment handling, cabling checks or physical work at a site, those tasks are assigned to local resources designated by the partner. The proposal identifies these dependencies so that remote delivery and local activities can be coordinated as part of the same project plan.

Commercial terms, third-party tools and availability are defined for each collaboration. Engaging us for a project does not establish a permanent allocation of capacity or a support service level that has not been agreed. The proposal sets out the arrangements that apply to the specific work and the continuation of the engagement.

  1. Opportunity review

We establish the objective, environment, volume, date and intended role of each team. We identify dependencies and review the documentation available to support the proposed work.

  2. Service definition

We define tasks, deliverables, exclusions, points of contact and validation criteria. This gives the partner a technical basis for completing its proposal and agreeing the work with its client.

  3. Delivery and follow-up

We plan activities, permissions, meetings and work windows. We communicate progress and incidents through the agreed channels, maintaining a record of the work carried out and the decisions needing coordination.

  4. Handover and continuity

We document the activities and checks completed and review outstanding tasks. Subsequent support or a further phase is defined with its own scope, responsibilities and agreed conditions.

  • Scope and plan

Tasks, operational schedule, dependencies and the allocation of responsibilities for the collaboration and the technical work included in the engagement.

  • Technical follow-up

Progress, incidents and decisions requiring coordination between the teams during delivery, communicated through the channels agreed for the project.

  • Closure and handover

Technical documentation, results of the agreed tests and recommendations for continuing the service once the project work has been completed.

We can agree to work under your brand or as part of your team. Before work starts, we define how we are introduced, who communicates with the client and how documentation is delivered. This establishes a consistent approach for presenting and coordinating the technical service throughout the engagement.

The model is agreed with the partner. The partner can retain commercial coordination and client contact while Kloudeal delivers the technical scope. If we participate in client meetings, each team’s role is defined in advance, so that responsibilities and the way the service is presented remain clear to everyone involved.

It can be arranged for a specific project or for ongoing requirements. Availability, workload, billing and the conditions for continuing the collaboration are established in the proposal. The arrangement therefore reflects the particular engagement rather than assuming a recurring commitment or a permanent allocation of technical capacity.

Our services are delivered remotely. Physical tasks at sites, local access and any logistics required by a project are coordinated with resources designated by the partner or the client. These dependencies are identified so that the remote technical work can be planned alongside the local activities needed for delivery.

We review the current situation, documentation and outstanding dependencies. Following that review, we agree which tasks we can take on and what information is needed to continue them. The scope reflects the project’s existing progress and the responsibilities that need to be assigned for the remaining work.

We agree which systems and permissions are needed for the scope, who is responsible for authorising access and which channels will be used for the work. Confidentiality, documentation and access closure arrangements form part of preparing the collaboration, so that those responsibilities are clear before technical delivery begins.
