Business migrations

Email, data and server migration.

We plan and carry out the migration of systems between technology platforms. Technical assessment, representative testing and coordination of the change help your organisation approach the transition with a clear understanding of its risks and dependencies.

Planning the transition

The project begins with an inventory of systems, users and data. This assessment provides the basis for defining migration phases, pilot tests, the cutover window and the checks that will be carried out in the destination environment.

Coexistence arrangements, licensing requirements and support after the migration are set out in the proposal. The project documentation identifies the elements included in the agreed scope and the adaptations required by each platform involved.

Plan your next migration.

Tell us which platforms you are moving from and to, which users or systems are involved, and the date you are considering for the change.

When both the source and destination use Google Workspace, the project needs to address identities, file ownership, shared drives and the domain. We plan these changes with a defined scope for each workload and representative tests of the intended result.
