Kloudeal was founded in Madrid in 2007. Our work focuses on helping organisations build and maintain technology infrastructure that is properly designed, clearly documented and ready for the demands of everyday business operations.

The move towards cloud services has changed the way businesses work. On-premises servers, business applications, collaboration platforms and services hosted across different clouds now operate alongside one another. Our role is to assess that combined environment, understand the dependencies between its systems and define how it should develop to meet the organisation’s requirements.

We approach each engagement in the context of the organisation itself: its users, data and applications, as well as the resources available within its technical team. That context allows us to establish priorities, allocate responsibilities and agree the criteria that will be used to check the outcome of the work.

Our specialisms

Technical knowledge applied to business needs.

Our work focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Google Workspace, together with the on-premises systems that form part of these wider technology environments.

We combine architecture assessment with project delivery and operational support. This approach allows us to consider both the requirements of the proposed change and the administration of the solution once the implementation has been completed.

For migration projects, we review identities, email, files, permissions, domains and applications. For infrastructure engagements, we assess architecture, networking, storage, capacity and continuity requirements. Within administration services, we handle configuration, maintenance and incidents affecting the platforms that have been included in the agreed service scope.

The choice of technology follows the requirements of the project. We assess how a proposed solution fits with the existing systems and with the business’s needs for security, day-to-day operation and ongoing maintenance.

Our service model

Consultancy and implementation

We assess the environment and the technical alternatives, define the work to be carried out and implement the solution within the scope that has been agreed with your organisation.

Working with your IT team

We coordinate the work with your internal technical contacts and the providers involved in the project. Our services are delivered remotely, with the arrangements agreed before work starts.

Documentation and support

We record the changes made and the results of the tests carried out. Administration and support after the project are arranged according to the requirements of the environment and the services contracted.

Professionals attending a presentation in an office

We deliver our services remotely. This model allows us to coordinate work with IT contacts, users and providers in different locations, using progress meetings, agreed technical access and documentation of the actions carried out as part of the engagement.

We can work on a specific project or provide ongoing administration for an environment. Before starting, we define which systems are included, who authorises changes and how the deliverables will be validated. Migration windows and tasks that may affect service availability are planned with the customer and coordinated around the environment concerned.

We also work with consultancies, integrators and IT service providers. We can participate under a partner’s brand or as part of its own team, while maintaining a clearly identified point of contact and defined responsibilities for the work being delivered.

Decisions informed by context

The initial assessment identifies dependencies and allows technical alternatives to be considered before changes are introduced. The proposal specifies the planned work and identifies any areas that need further review before the project can proceed.

Planned changes

Pilot tests, coordination of intervention windows and checks after implementation are part of project preparation. We communicate risks and limitations so that the customer can make informed decisions about the proposed work and its implications for the organisation.

Knowledge that stays with your team

We document the agreed configurations and results. The handover helps those responsible for the environment understand the changes and continue its operation, with support after the project where that service has been contracted.
