How we work at Kloudeal

Our approach to projects and services.

We organise projects into assessment, planning, implementation and validation phases. We coordinate the work with the people responsible for IT and document the deliverables and the checks carried out throughout the engagement.

Before making changes, we agree what the work includes, which information we need and which tasks depend on your own team or other providers. The proposal sets out the priorities and the conditions under which the project will be carried out.

  1. Assessment. We review the environment, the systems involved, the project objectives and the restrictions that need to be taken into account when planning the work.
  2. Scope and proposal. We define the planned activities, exclusions, dependencies, responsibilities and acceptance criteria, giving both teams a shared basis for the work that follows.
  3. Preparation and implementation. We coordinate access, backups, intervention windows and checks before work begins. Where the environment requires it, we implement the changes in phases rather than as a single intervention.
  4. Validation and handover. We check operation with the people responsible for the environment, document the changes and agree any assistance that will be provided after the handover.

Responsibilities and communication

We identify the points of contact and coordinate activities with the technical teams responsible for the systems. Changes that affect the agreed scope are assessed before they are carried out.

Access and dependencies

We review the permissions required, related applications and external services. The arrangements for handling access and information are incorporated into the project plan before the relevant work begins.

Remote delivery

Our services are delivered remotely. Meetings and working windows are coordinated around the requirements of each organisation and the systems involved in the engagement.

The handover includes the checks and documentation specified in the proposal. We review the result with those responsible for the environment and record any incidents or adjustments that remain outstanding at that stage.

Support, administration and training after implementation are defined according to the project requirements and the conditions of the services that have been contracted.

Answers to common questions that arise before starting a project with Kloudeal, covering preparation, coordination, delivery and support after implementation.

It starts with an initial conversation to understand your requirements, the problem you want to resolve and the outcome you want the project to achieve for your organisation.

We then assess whether a direct proposal is appropriate, whether an initial technical review is needed, or whether a more detailed consultancy engagement is required before the scope can be defined.

Not always. At the initial stage, we can work with general information, screenshots, an explanation of the environment, existing documentation or a technical meeting with your team.

If assessment or implementation work requires access to the systems, we define which access is needed, the permissions involved, the tasks it will be used for and how long that access will be required.

Yes. We can work alongside your internal IT team, providing specialist support, an independent assessment, technical implementation, documentation, training or assistance with particular technical decisions.

This approach combines your team’s knowledge of the business and its environment with our experience in cloud platforms, systems, migrations, support and integrations.

Yes. Where the project requires it, we can coordinate with hosting providers, telecommunications operators, technology vendors, Microsoft, Google or AWS support, integrators, developers and other third parties involved in the environment.

Before doing so, responsibilities, contacts, permissions and dependencies should be defined so that the communication between the parties is effective and the work can be coordinated clearly.

Yes, where the project requires them. Some tasks can be carried out directly, while larger projects benefit from a division into phases, priorities, validation points and agreed windows for changes to the environment.

This structure helps reduce risk and allows the business to review the situation and make the necessary decisions one stage at a time as the project progresses.

We assess it, explain its impact and propose the available options. Some issues can be addressed within the agreed scope, while others may require additional work, a further decision from the customer or the involvement of an external provider.

Where a significant change affects the scope, risk or expected result of the project, we communicate it and obtain the relevant validation before carrying out that change.

This depends on the scope contracted. In many projects, we can provide a summary of changes, relevant configuration details, recommendations, outstanding items, procedures or technical documentation for the environment concerned.

Documentation is particularly useful for migrations, integrations, recurring support, cloud environments, security and systems administration, where the people responsible need to understand how the environment has been configured.

Yes. We can provide support after implementation, administration, monitoring, training, incident reviews, optimisation or further phases of the project where these services are required by the organisation.

The support arrangement is defined according to the business’s requirements and the type of solution that has been implemented, with the service scope agreed for the environment involved.

Yes. We can carry out focused reviews of infrastructure, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, security, costs, licensing, backup arrangements, support or IT processes within your organisation.

After the review, your team can implement the recommendations internally or ask us to assist with putting the agreed changes into practice as a separate stage of work.

We work with businesses that need to improve, migrate, administer, review or integrate their technology. The scope can be adapted to small and medium-sized businesses, internal IT teams, growing organisations or a specific project with defined requirements.

The key is to define the requirement clearly and prepare a realistic proposal that reflects the environment, the work involved and the result the organisation needs to achieve.

Tell us what you need to resolve, which platforms you use and the priorities for your organisation. We will review the information to prepare an initial assessment of the work involved.
